· The Baitra Trophy – 420 Galician Championship and the J80 Class Vitaldent Trophy were going to be held this Saturday

· The competition for the regional title of 420 will play its first day next Saturday the 20th starting at 12:30 in the morning

· The J80 Class Vitaldent Trophy fleet will resume the tests on Saturday, February 27, starting at 3:00 p.m.

Baiona, February 13, 2016.- The weather conditions recorded this morning in the bay of Baiona forced the Monte Real Club de Yates to suspend the two competitions scheduled for this Saturday in the bay.

One hour before the start of the Baitra Trophy – 420 Galician Championship tests, and after measuring a stable wind of 25 knots with gusts of more than 30, and waves exceeding 3 meters, the regatta committee decided to suspend the day and summon the fleet of 420 for next weekend.

Hours before, those responsible for the organization decided to also suspend the Vitaldent Class J80 Trophy, which this Saturday was going to celebrate its third day in the bay of Baiona.

Thus, the regional title of 420 will be decided only in two stages and not in three as initially planned. The conference will be held next Saturday and Sunday in Baiona, and will end with the awards ceremony at the Monte Real Club de Yates.

A week later the J80 competition will resume. The Vitaldent Trophy will cross its equator on Saturday the 27th, with three new regattas starting at three in the afternoon.
